I keep telling them I will NEVER reinstall and I'm done the this rip off product and this lousy costumers service. When I told them I was finished with their product and it was being uninstalled permanently and never to be reinstalled.i was told they needed to reset my dashboard and then reinstall. That did the same thing with the same results. Then I was told that it had to be uninstalled and reinstalled. When I contacted costumer service they blamed it on not having it installed properly after checking all they said needed to do done I found that there was all they requested, required to function was correct. It only worked on the day(s) it was installed and then for only the information that was on the phone at that moment.
This is a non working product and customer service is a complete waist of time. If you are looking at purchasing this product DON'T.
